a very pleasant stay
amazing staffvaried breakfastrelaxing hammam
I loved that the staff were very nice. i also enjoyed the food. The breakfast had much variety. the massage and hammam services were also a plus, very relaxing after a long day of exploring.
the airport pickup was late! it was also very expensive considering the delay.

the location proved adequate for exploring the area.
The air conditioning in my room barely functioned. even on its lowest setting, the room remained uncomfortably warm. additionally, the fixture holding the shower head was broken. I had to hold it during showers. this was frustrating.

the medina location was helpful. staff was mostly helpful and always available. breakfasts had fruit, yogurt, coffee, bread, and jam. the rooftop terrace offered space for lounging. i found it convenient to walk to shops.
the air conditioning was broken for a couple of days and not fixed despite numerous requests. the slamming doors and broken aircon.

the pool is small but refreshing. there is a serene garden, a bonus. the roof terrace had adequate space to relax and catch some sun. i did see a safety box in my room.
